Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a lawn mower (specifications attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Hills Hardware

First Choice Farm & Lawn

Tennessee Tractor

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lawn mower from First Choice Farm and Lawn for $11,700.00 and the deck from Tennessee Tractor for $2,022.00, which represents the best overall value to the system.
